Grading Policy
In this class, we will be using Standard Based Grading. Grades will be given to students based on assessment scores only. Homework and classwork aides in helping students understand both current and previously learned topics. All grades will be updated on Infinite Campus on a regular basis.
Test are broken into sections by learning objectives which are each scored from 0 to 4. Students may retake a learning objective only if ALL work is turned in, a test correction worksheet as been completed, and it falls within the same quarter. Once I feel that you are ready to retest, I will administer a retest.
Below is how each score will be inputted into Infinite Campus:
Master Level Letter Grade Grade on I/C
4-Exemplary A 10
3- Proficient B 8.9
2- Developing C 7.9
1- Beginning D 6.9
0- Not there yet! F 5.9
